Semi retarded, er,,, retired, living in paradise on an island off the Honduras cost, Roatan Island that is. I live out in the east end of the island where it is still like the island was back in the pirate days, the West end I call 60's key West style tourist trap city.
My wife and I brew our own beer but as you may notice without airconditioning we brew dark ale's since our average temperature is 82 F! Locally we call it Turtle Juice and our freinds all love it so much we are thinking about getting another carboy or a S.S. fermenter for 10 gallon batches!
