Home Brewing Biography
I started home brewing with a buddy in 2014 on a MoreBeer 26 gallon tippy dump with a goal to start a business. Well my buddy moved on so in 2018 after moving to NC, I sold the setup and invested in a Robobrew 35L v3.0. We also had a couple of SS Brewtech chronicals that I now use exclusively, added hot and cold temp control, and in 2020 splurged on a glycol chiller (love it!). Needless to say I’m not in it to save $ on beer :-)
Future Brews
I’m an IPA-head. I’m looking to brew more lagers (German and Czech pilsners) and ales that require longer aging/conditioning such as barleywine and stouts.
