    Rye Braggot - how far can I go ?

    Thanks for the info. Hoping to get to this next week and let it sit 6 months or so. Still need to decide/ dial in my fermentables ratio, I am thinking that around 15% on the rye could be a good number like you said. I'll post updates and let you know how it goes!

    From what I've searched it's not widely explored doing mead/ braggot with rye grain, but this quarantine has convinced me it will be a great idea lol.
