    S’mores Recipe

    It was an all grain amber ale. 8 lbs Maris Otter 1 lb Munich 1 lb crystal 60 .5 lb carapils Liberty hops at 60 min Saaz at 10 min And yeast is Safale US 05 Could it be that my wort chiller was dripping water into the kettle while i was chilling the wort?

    i just took a gravity reading it was around 1.040 and was supposed to around 1.055. How much DME and water should i add?

    Amber Ale Recipe

    So brewing an amber ale this weekend and need some help with hops and yeast. 6 lbs Maris Otter 1 lb Munich malt 1 lb crystal 60 6 oz roasted barley And maybe some help with water additions, I’m starting with distilled water. Thanks you guys!

    Shiner Bock Clone Yeast

    I am attempting to create a shiner bock clone. I unfortunately don’t have the equipment to lager so will be making the ale version. Do y’all think a German ale yeast would be good for this beer or stick with the American ale yeast that is recommended? Thanks guys!
