    Austin - Yep. I agree. I don't think they should be quite so similar either. I'm pretty sure the problem lies with my methods. Oh well. Now I have to figure out a way to keep my fermentation temps down. Regards, Rich

    I just tasted my 3rd batch. It's the Austin Homebrew Bavarian Hefeweizen Extract kit.
