    Over carbed bottled beer

    That's a good tip, I'll be sure to look for priority when I order from them again--thanks! Still haven't received my order yet, but online tracking site says it's in town finally. Also shows my order had a 4 day layover near Dallas AND that my shipment's estimated delivery time was 11 days...

    Nothing yet :confused: I ordered from williamsbrewing.com on NYE and their $8 Fedex shipping has been in transit over a week today. Checked the online tracking function: at least it's in state now, hopefully here tomorrow. Anyone else experienced this kind of delay with Fedex? I'm sure USPS...

    had never really played with bread yeast before, read about Joe's AOM and his use of it, felt inspired. sure it's slower than brewing strains, but I'm just gonna rack it once the fruit falls and then forget it for a few more months, maybe a year or 4, who knows
