    Would you recommend cold crashing the primary before bottling? I read this can help with color and consistency. I am at day 6 in the primary. I will take a peek at the gravity at 10 days.     So the proper way to tell when the fermenting is complete is to take a gravity reading.... wait 2-3 days and take another... and if they are the same then it is complete?
