    Primary is done (I believe)

I was told to let it sit for at least a month

    Primary is done (I believe)

Is it normal to have stuff at the bottom of my jug after racking?

    Primary is done (I believe)

I wanted to ask the more seasoned Brewers here if anyone was ever nervous to try their first creation? I'm a bit wary to try just because I've been told that one little mistake could result in my mead harming me or others. Is that true and if so what kind of signs do I need to look for? Thank...

Sorry if this is the wrong place

I'm new to brewing and saw this section and was wondering if anyone could tell me what is and how to make komucha and demented tea? ( sorry I'm not a good speller)

    Is it safe?

All I have is a fermentation bucket, 1 gallon glass carboy, and a siphon. It's been going for one week and the recipe was 25.5 ounces of honey and nearly one gallon of water. Also a wine yeast

    Is it safe?

Still working on my first batch and I'm wondering if it's safe to open my bucket to add a nutrient or if I even need to? I'm working with a one gallon and I've got one week from today until primary is complete (or so I've been told)

Just started my first primary fermentation.

Now I'm just wondering when I should rack and how long it should sit before I bottle?
