I almost started with BIAB but changed my mind and went right for it. Am happy I did it was a lot of fun. It has been in my carboy for less then 12 hours I see it working. Bubbles in the airlock great to see it's all working.
I just wish that cpcv piping was as cheap as in the States...
I used Nottingham dry yeast I had it rehydrated for a while maybe 2 hour before I need to use it and I saw it working. I just added cooled boiled water like it asked... I used Reverse Osmosis water for everything so I will see how it is.
