The local brewery here did a one time only firkin of chocolate and cherries stout and primed it with cherry Dr. Pepper. It looked like sewer water but was hands down the best beer I have ever drank.

Lazy Magnolia Brewery does a pecan brown ale and its great! They toast their pecans first and they say that the yeast clean up a good bit of the oil from the nut so no worries about poor head.
