I love watching the fermentor. Something so magical about it.
Should I be worried that my 3 year old likes watching it with me? Or should I be worried that I'm equally engrossed as he is?? :)
Bottled an IPA.
Then went to check out a new home brew store a friend told me about. Was hoping they had a couple of 2 gallon pail fermentors.
Ask the guy behind the counter if he had any.
He asks me, with a confused expression on his face, "What do you want those for?"
Really? Guess I could...
No, squirelly, I'm not implying that being black and white is bad. It's fine. It's how you are living you life and apparently it's working for you. I think that's great. I just don't get how you jump to saying that people who don't observe the laws as you do are irresponsible parents. Seems...
This has been a fun read but it's time to tear myself away and go brew some beer! Trying a vanilla stout. (Should I mention that my 3 year old helps measure out the grains...or is that irresponsible?)
Wow. There is zero gray area in your life. I got a brother like you, thinks all black and white. I didn't have a problem with your letter of the law thing...whatever, that's your thing. But you shouldn't make the judgement that just because the rest of us don't follow your letter of the law...
Dad let me taste whatever he was drinking. And on special occasions I would get a very small glass of Riesling.
So alcohol was no big deal. Never been drunk. Never felt the need to binge drink.
I have a 3 year old and now that I brew beer, he is becoming very aware of all the steps that go...
Yeah, I'll go check that out.
But I don't see the point of segregating a beer competition by sex. I've never entered a competition before...do you have to say what sex you are? I really just don't see why it should matter.
Wow.
I mean, this is 2012, right? And what is this about possibly having a segregated competition? Just plain weird.
If I were her, I'd have no qualms about making a formal complaint so that my brew could be judged with the other brews.
Hopefully, another 'brewster' won't have any problems...
