Hasn’t anyone tried or used the Brew your own option with the pico yet? Any suggestions or tips from what you have learnt so far would be appreciated !

For those that collect yeast cakes and repitch, how many cycles do you go through before starting with a new stock? Any issues if you keep doing this (indefinitely)?

Has anyone tried to 'Cask condition' any of the picobrews? I was thinking of using a collapsible water bottle with spout (https://www.mec.ca/en/product/5036-026/4L-Water-Bottle) and a lower dose of priming sugar, anyone else try this or have any suggestions?

Ok that makes a lot more sense. With the proper conversion the ABV works out to 6.62 and 6.78 for the two I have brewed so far. Thanks!
