    WHEW!!! That is one sweet rig! If my wife had let me build a bar the way I wanted I was planning to have a kegerator in a little used closet with taps on the wall similar to your setup. The way you did it though goes way beyond what I had planned. Looking forward to the next house already...

    @ ddrrseio... the only reason i was looking at the carafa III is to push the color a little more to the dark side. The kind I was looking at was indeed the "dehusked" so i wouldnt get the bitterness, just the color. Also, I will ditch the carapils, and I have already boosted the Oats to 1.5...

    Is there any reason you did more caramunich than special B? Im working on my own dubbel and am a super newb and recipe building so I was just wondering if there was any science behind those numbers or just winging it?
