After 9 days or so or when the ph is right and taste good and bottle with a few dried blueberries per 32oz
Wait a few days to get more carbonation then enjoy!

im interested in making a chocolate pretzel beer, anyone have any ideas how to get that pretzel flavor in the beer,,,,, maybe sourdour pretzel in mash? any ideas?
