If I ever opened a brew pub it would be named something along the line of "Nick's Fine Eatery and Drinkery"
Obviously subbing the Nick part, but going along with the theme thus far.
I've been checking every few hours this week for everything to go up and even still I missed the Citra this morning :(
Oh well, was still able to get some galaxy though :D
I agree completely with this statement. If you want a hoppy beer, don't discount hop bursting!
My current house pale uses Galaxy and Citra all added at 15m and 5m left in the boil and it is absolutely fantastic, rave reviews all around.
I wouldn't really call waiting 3 days to ship a bad experience, maybe undesired but wouldn't be enough for me to stop ordering from a vendor. If they got a rush of orders it could have put them a day or two behind.
I've run into the same situations with several of the online vendors at one...

#1 Way too much crystal. I added 3lbs of crystal to an attempt at an Irish red. Came out too cloying and tasted like drinking a toffee bar. A few people claimed to like it, but I think they were just being nice ;)
#2 Had a digital...
My wife has brewed a few of the "island mist" wine kits that remind me more of wine coolers than wine. Very fruity and relatively low ABV. I've suggested we start carbonating and serving it from a keg in the future.
I would look that route if your looking for something very wine-coolerish.
