Same here. Mine is very alcoholic, no flavor, the vanilla is gone and the graham cracker is gone. Tastes like medicine. Very disappointed but I blame myself. It was my second ever brew and I am sure mistakes were made along the way.

I used honey maid as well. I'm hoping skimming it will help. Did you bottle and it was still horrible? Fingers crossed this pulls through.

I just brewed this today and everything went great. One thing I am concerned with is that after I transferred the wort to my fermenter there was a scummy film on the top. I saw some other posts from people with the same problem but it was determined they used different graham crackers or...

Does anyone know if these quantities are for the Summer or Winter Solstice? *Edit: My calculations say this is for the Summer Solstice. For Winter Solstice assuming a 75% efficiency you would need 7.8 lbs (13lbs * .60) or 9.5 lbs (13lbs * .73) of LME.
