Thanks so much for the help. I've tried making cider before without too much help and it turned out vile. I really appreciate the advice.

So I'm trying to make a blackberry cider, I'm only going to make 1 gallon to start off. Most places say to use apple juice instead of all blackberries. Should I mix the berries with campden tablets before I start? Do I need pectic enzyme in a cider? Also how do I make a cider sweet versus dry...
