    Bottled up some Applewine. Progress since re-picking up the hobby.

    I just used my spring loaded bottle filler and let it fill to the top but it displaces a lot of wine when removed.     This 5 gallons of apple wine took 4 months to clear. This is the third batch bottled since I started home-brewing again last November. I currently have a mango peach in the fermentor and some skeeter pee on deck.
