Stumbled across this thread looking for enclosure options. I'm not using TC so that eliminated a lot of my options. I ended up getting a Brew Hardware enclosure because it got the job done and was a good price. Another enclosure I found was from BrewPi, but $87 after shipping was a bit much.

3 years old, any update?

Any update on this? I had my doppelbock lagering for about 10 months and I'm ready to bottle. Should I add yeast? and if so how much? Or do I just bottle normally and wait it out?

Cool thanks, I don't really have a preference on the dry or liquid or whatever. I defiantly want to make this beer again.

Anyone know what kind of yeast was used. I brewed this with the slap pack but forgot to wright down the yeast. I really liked the beer, SWMBO said i had to brew it again.

I'm in Cape May, I thought I was the only one in this town that brewed.
