    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

It really depends. I personally didn't think it was ready. Still tasted green to me. Everyone else loved it. /shrug Your time frame is shorter than mine, but in the realm of BrandonO's suggestions.

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

My Graff was created with Targets brand apple juice. The juice is actually very agreeable, and I'm actually buying it now as my normal drinking apple juice. Graff was fermented in a fridge running at 65 degrees the entire 2 weeks in the fermenter. Sat in the keg for 2 weeks. I will say...

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

I'm of the opinion that anytime cider/apple juice is involved, you can't have a smooth malty tasting drink in two weeks. It's simply not possible. As I said earlier, I brewed this on the 1st of October. It sat in the primary for two weeks, because I had the time. Then it went into my keg for...

Mitch, I brewed it on 10/1.

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

So uhmm...I have a quick question. I made this for a Halloween party tomorrow. The only thing different I did was added a small amount of pumpkin spices into the keg when I kegged. Those flavors are perfect. My question is this. Is this supposed to smell...odd? And...is it supposed to...

What's to lose? Besides 2 weeks? Give it a shot! If it tastes awesome, post the recipe!

    Epic Gaming Table

Can't say the RPG idea is a cool one LOL...but the table is beautiful. Great workmanship. Great idea for a poker table too.

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

FYI....I added HALF of the recipe for the Thunderbrew spiced tea at kegging. Let me tell you what. This tastes like something MADE for the fall. Spiced apple with a slight pumpkin note. I'm positive the pumpkin notes are coming from the Cinnamon Plus. But boy o boy. A week under pressure...

I'm kegging this today, anyone know what level of carbonation this should have?

    Something Chocolaty, creamy and sweet

Most excellent! I'll look for the Mackeson's XXX, and check out your recipe!

    Wild Blue

The Wild Blue was awesome in color, very cool. And a very good taste...at first. LOL The sweetness became very cloying after about half a pint. The SWMBO loved it..but by the bottom of the glass agreed it was too sweet. So I don't think I'll be doing a wheat beer...but I'll check out that...

    Something Chocolaty, creamy and sweet

VERY interested to know how this comes out. Missing the roasted...I like that. I don't want a roasty or coffee flavor in this beer. ChshreCat, I will keep my eye out for it, for sure. I did ask for a sweet stout as well. Got the same result from the owner. LOL

    Something Chocolaty, creamy and sweet

This entire process is getting frustrating, I can't find ANY milk chocolate flavor beers. Like an ice-wine, I'm looking for a beer you can have with your dessert..I don't want roast, coffee flavors...I want sweet...milk chocolate...smooth flavor.
