    Also certain priming sugars can take awhile before fermenting completely, corn sugar will leave a tart taste for a few weeks before mellowing out and finish fermentation/carbonation.

    3rd AG today...I went backwards

    Screw secondary for wheats, or not. It really just depends on your tastes. I have done both, both came out great, I prefer more cloudy beer, only because I don't like to see through my beer.
