    Bottling, HELP!! (Please?)

    I own a small business. I just received 8 fermenters (same as used for wine) that can brew 1100 gal. I do brew kombucha but is made pretty much the same as wine (without as much sugar). Of course, we don't plan on starting out using that much. I have an M20 pump that will pump 9 gal. per minute...
