I'd be interested. Never got anyone interested in my critique thread posted a few weeks back.
I wouldn't need or want anything in return, just feedback.
The irish red was a packaged kit from midwest. Steep + extract
The hefeweizen was an extract recipe that I found here and modified a little bit:

I'm still pretty new to brewing, and my first two batches are bottled and ready to drink. But I'm not real happy with either.
I'd like to send a few bottles to someone who is very familiar with both kinds of brews and get some honest feedback on both.
I've got a hefeweizen and an irish...
My local micro-brewery makes a pumpkin ale every year and releases it on Halloween. They sold out their first batch in one day, 263 gallons gone.
I picked up 2 gallons last night, and finished half of one the same night.
I really need to make my own.
Sounds fine. I just bottled a hefe last week and I didn't have any blow off. I left it in the pail for 2 weeks and when I bottled, the krausen had already fallen.
I use beersmith as well.
For my last 2 batches, I found a few recipes that I liked for what I was trying to make, combined the parts that looked good, and used the wizardry of BeerSmith to convert it to my size of boil and my late addition extract method.
