Currently working on opening up a traditional Irish pub called Hayes' Public House. In the future when I get established I would like to expand into a brew-pub. Working with my good friend Josh on a vision we started not long ago called The Borders Brewing, which is centered on "Craft Ales Inspired by Heritage".
