Portlandporter

Just started homebrewing. I've been recording my experiences as a new homebrewer on a blog: http://bostbeer.blogspot.com. I moved to Portland a few years ago, and have since discovered the fantastic array of delicious beers available. In the fall of 2010 I started brewing my own. My first batch was barely drinkable; it was a Nut Brown Ale recipe from the book by Dogfish Head founder/brewer, Sam Calagione, Extreme Brewing. The second batch was better; it was a cranberry hefeweizen. I love bringing beer to friends' houses and sharing something I've created. Cheers!
