Hey, I'm Porsche I'm an amateur brewer. I am learning to be self sufficient and I just love gaining knowledge. I have a mead I made for my husband and I to open for our first wedding anniversary. Thinking about making a ginger beer to have for Christmas.

I am about to make a manuka mead. I am going to use the recipe that doesn't use yeast nutrients. But the recipe is from the book sacred and herbal healing beers. It's a whole hive recipe but I won't be adding any angry bees.
