Thanks guys! I am thinking I might get some bigger bottles and make some fancy labels for it. It will be a holiday beer after all so why not age it in the bottle and then just give some away as gifts? Assuming it is worth a damn of course!

There is a you tube video of a guy that built a gravity stand out of old bed frames that you can pretty much find for free or very cheap. He had help from a friend that welded for him, but you could easily go the $100 welder route and do it yourself.

A buddy of mine in my hometown runs a hops farm. I will be traveling to my hometown next month and I am thinking about picking up a few pounds of fresh hops from him and freezing them. Is this a good idea? Will the hops keep well in the freezer?
