    And abv is the range I've got from first time brewing to the more recent 4.8 was first time, 5.5 is where I am now that I know a bit more about working with yeast and when it should be frozen and stopped.

    I might have. It turns up around 5.5-4.8 % abv. Smooth, grainy, and has a pleasant amount of sweetness. The tastes brings memories of a brief time I spent partying at a hippy commune. So, hippy wheat.
