I'm a student. After getting a bachelors degree in chemistry (chemical process technology), I went on to try and get a masters degree in biochemistry. I'm currently halfway there.

Believe it or not, the first beer I've brew was in school. As part of my education as an engineer in microbiology, I received classes in "food technology", the lab portion of which included brewing beer from malt.

I was hooked immediately.
Right now I am deeply infatuated with the dream of brewing my own and I'm learning, dreaming and planning to make that happen.
