    Aerospace engineer. Spend more time thinking about the equipment and automation, than I do about brewing! I didn't even like beer. My boss suggested that I should try brewing BECAUSE I was an engineer Was hooked after my first amber ale.

    Several people do full volume 3 gallon batches. You could use BIAB for smaller batches. For smaller batches I would just use a stove. Not sure the Mash & Boil would be a big advantage, but you could use it without the grain pipe
