additional info....i tested the purified water I used and it read 1.003 on the hydrometer. I guess that means my hydrometer is off a bit? So maybe my beer is actually at 1.011?
Thanks. I'm reading a lot on here and it looks like I need to wait. Was just curious as to why the reading had not changed after 3 days. I thought maybe it was done as I had read when it stayed the same it was bottling time. I am probably just getting ahead of things.
