Just do it, thats what I did. Made the decision, got the job, and moved all in the month of July.

I think i'm going to sit it in a warm water bath so its not as sticky and do the best I can.

So I just got back with some ingredients and he gave me round about numbers to work with. I'll scale it by dividing by 5 and see how that goe. Thanks everyone for the input
