Really like the label on the red quill, I just brewed a batch of honey brown ale last night, and the brew went off without any issues. The hydrometer sample tasted amazing. I will post a picture when I rack it into the secondary fermentor.

    Possible problem

I just finished brewing a stout that had very little external visible signs of fermentation, however I just stuck to the process and the final result was quite good. I hope all turns out well for you

    Imperial Stout

Best of luck I am very interested to see how your batch turns out with the bourbon soaked oak cubes. I am very close to kegging a RIS right now and I am really thinking about trying the bourbon soaked cubes in another brew here very soon. Keep us updated!

Thanks, I will post an update with results after we keg them and get them into the keezer. Should be within a week I would say.

    A Tale of Two Stouts

I am new to the forums but my friend and I each have a batch of stout in secondary fermentation right now. Really looking forward to kegging them and giving a taste. In the attached picture the beer on the left is a chocolate imperial stout and on the right is a coffee stout. Wish us luck.
