    oktoberfest secondary

    hey everyone- just wanted to check on how long i should leave my oktoberfest in secondary. it was in primary for exactly 1 week. its been at a steady 66F the whole time. thanks!

    basement brewery

    just had a quick question about brewing in my basement. its a little damp down there (about 85% according to my dehumidifier). is this going to effect anything? thanks.

    Brewing Again...

    Greeting brewers from Berkshire County, MA. Me and my buddy used to brew when we rented a house together after college. That was about 3 years ago. We just bought houses and now we're back at it again. Gonna start an Oktoberfest and an IPA tomorrow. Can't wait to taste the first sip. Phil
