I don't know if you're going to have much time to do something in time for Paddy's day...it's less than a month away. I'm doing a Carbomb stout. It's a cream stout with Jameson & oak cubes and 2 oz of irish cream coffee beans. I snuck an early sample and it's awesome so far!

Sounds like the ones you are looking at are commercial 1/6 kegs that use a sankey coupler. Corny kegs are old soda kegs.

I just did the NB Honey Weizen kit with 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen Yeast and it turned out awesome. Nice and crisp with lots of banana/clove going on.
