    Any military homebrewers have any pointers about shipping grains / equipment from homebrew shops to FPO / APO addresses? I noticed that a few online sites ship to FPO/APO but I'm curious about if one is better than another due to cost / quality. Any info would help.. Cheers, Dan

    Blood Red Beer

    I'm leaning towards cherry juice or cranberry juice, especially since I'm going with a belgian. However, since I don't have a lot of experience with adjuncts, when would be the best time to add it during the brewing process? Thanks everyone for their posts!!!

    Penn Brewery is closing and I need a recipe

    We just received news out here in Pittsburgh that our beloved Penn Brewery is closing. The local papers are only mentioning that the local restaurant / brewpub is closing. For the past few months the brew has been made out of Wilkes-Barre, Pa and I'm not sure if that will shut down as well...
