Yeah, when the beer was a little warmer it had a little flavor, but by flavor, there isn't much of a malty body to it...tastes watered down and the hop bitterness and flavor isn't too evident except for the after taste

1oz. Centennial (Last 15 Min. Boil)

I can't remember if I put a lid on it or not. During the end of my brewing run I was always kegging it and shooting some CO2 into the kegs before filling.

Just started brewing again and had no bottling bucket lid. I had to use foil which doesn't really give a nice tight seal. As a matter of fact, how was the beer siphoned before with the lid on? was there a hole? I think I remember a hole.
