You may want to get an aluminum pipe fitting, And just have it welded in. Then just Screw you heater in. 4mm is not alot of thread although it may work. Jay

Well I just did a Goggle on it. Use {WD-40} Clean it off the best ya can use {Q-tips} ,Then clean off the WD40 with some Nail polish remover. And re-glue or pot it ;) Jay P/S the {quick JB is only half the strength of regular}, Use regular JB only

I have been making a list of parts for the same type of build, I really think I'm just going to cut the hole, Buy the 1 fitting I will need, And have it welded, Easy to screw heater in and out I can also get a plug for it. It can't cost that much to have it welded, $20 and a 12 pack should get...

TIP, Guys if you ever need to reduce the flow from the pump use a C clamp on the hose outlet, Even beter would be a ball valve with barb fittings. Jay
