I'm guessing your end product will be similar to this.

Mine were clean when I got them but you should wash them with Bar Keepers friend to passivate the stainless.

The burner for the HLT does a good job, the burner for the BK is getting moved up since the kettle has a dished bottom and skirting that raises it up a little higher. The mfg recomendation is 12"-14" of space, they do throw and impressive flame.

It's a 1bbl system so from left to right they are 45gal, 35gal, 35gal. The the middle one is a little taller because its a bottom drain tun.

First brew on the new system now to just work out a few bugs.

The height is right manufacturer calls for about 13" distance between burner and kettle and yes they throw some serious heat so expect to lose some powder coat. The nice thing is the pot supports are short enough they don't pass over the top of the burners

If you lived a little close I'd build you one.

Got it back from powder coat and got the burners and hoses done.
