i am a farely new home brewer who started last year doing 1 gallon batches in my college dorm room. now that i have my own house ive gotten into 5 gal batches and i am now starting to brew all grain. i enjoy creating unique beers and also perfecting simple recipes like IPAs, Pale ales, browns, and stouts.
