Started brewing spring 2018 mainly to brew products that are not commercially available in the Swedish state monopoly system. I like brewing really weird improvised stuff, obscure european heritage brews, and really weird improvised modern interpretations of european heritage brews.

- - Lactose nut stout w. roast nuts currently pickling in ethanol, 9-13%
- Extra smokey grätzer 5-7%
- Smoked Bamberg-style weiss bock, 7-8%
- Milkshake no oats NEIPA w. flaked wheat, lactose, maltodextrin, glycerol on bottling, pectin (instead of apple sauce), and something for colouring like hibiscus, rose water, b-carotene etc. Essentially the exact opposite of a brut IPA.
