Home Brewing Biography

We have a small grove of heirloom apple trees on Washington Island Wisconsin. I got into pressing apples and making hard cider about 4 years ago. Chemical free from start to finish. After much trial and error, I finally got it down to 3 varieties I really like. Dry to semi-sweet all slightly carbonated. This year I added a hopped cider using wild hops from the property. It has been a huge hit with my beer making buddies.
