Russian Tea Winter Warmer (recipe critique)

Hi everybody!! Have never brewed a Winter Warmer before but...tis the season :) I was pondering what direction to take with this--when I was little our mom would always make "Russian Tea" every winter (if memory serves.....a mixture of Tang, Country Time lemonade powder, instant Lipton tea, a...

Hojicha tea & wild rice amber ale critique

Hey! So I was just sort of kicking around the idea of an autumnal tea-infused amber with some toasty & nutty notes. Going to try entering it in the state fair homebrew...

    Orange Honey Wheat

Hey! So this is my first crack at putting a recipe together on my lonesome, just thought I'd run it past you guys first to see if anything looks obviously crazy. Aiming for a 5 gallon batch with a BIAB setup. This is also my first go with using brewing software, using Brewfather. Hoping for a...

    Hello from Hillsboro, OR

Hey everybody from Oregon! I've been brewing for about a year and a half now--started out with 5 gallon extract brews on our stove, got some equipment upgrades for Christmas and have moved on to a 5 gallon BIAB setup. Just got a chest freezer for my birthday and have a temperature regulator...
