    Improving a high gravity recipe

It was almost 18 years ago but I remember the alcohol in it being overpowering. I'm guessing it was maybe an experiment with ingredients I had on my shelf at the time, hence the small amount of hops. But I was just learning how to put a recipe together and not every spec on the sheet was 100%...

    Improving a high gravity recipe

Mainly this is just a show-off brew. I make something incredibly strong and hard to drink and then have fun seeing who I can sucker into drinking it. For me, everything doesn't have to be to the letter. However, I think you have a very good idea there because I have been interested in doing a...

    wine making process help

Hello, I've brewed beer for about twenty years as a hobby and some of that time I spent making wines from kits bought from the store. Just now I'm starting to find out how I don't need to buy kits and can be creative making wines as well. The only thing slowing me down is the understanding of...

    Electrical plug/receptacle confusion

It sounds like you're someone who can afford to do things the right way. I would just have separate receptacles installed for each load. Having said that I have always had welders/plasma cutters/powder coating ovens/ect. and I am an electrician apprentice (work with electricity all day) and in...
