I brewed this one today. I needed a lighter beer on the tap and a wheat was requested....My gravity came out a little shy and I boiled for 90 minutes as there was so much water (8.5 gallons total). It did end me needing less than a gallon to top off the fermenter. Do you suggest leaving it in...
