Brewing 5 gallons of an IPA 4432 + 5 = 4437

Brewing a new IPA recipe. Updated my simple haus IPA with some Vienna and trying some Galaxy hops.

My sack has been in service since 2012. Made it out of curtain material from Walmart for $5 and some time with a sewing machine. I converted my burner to natural gas, no propane bottles to run out mid boil. [emoji41]

355 gallons since mid 2012. I'll have to dig up my paper brew sheets prior to that, going back to the mid 90's. I didn't brew that much back then due to living in Florida and not having a Fermentation chamber.

Ok, that will be an interesting number.

This year, 7 brew sessions for 35 gallons. 1 - Black IPA 2 - Red Rye IPA 2 - Pale Ale 1 - House IPA 1 - Robust Porter I can't believe I have not been able to have a batch ready to keg with a 4 tap setup. I may have to brew next weekend too.

I am brewing tomorrow. Repeat of a new Red Rye pale ale recipe I put together. Keg kicked this week and I want more.

My simple haus IPA. 2 row and Crystal 40L with Simcoe, Centennial, and Cascade hops. Brew day tomorrow to get that empty tap flowing again.

Brewed a simple APA. 8lbs 2-row, 2lbs Vienna, and .5lb crystal 40L. Cascade, Citra, and Centennial hops I call it C3PA. Tasty little brew.

Brewed a Pale Ale, washed and waxed 2 cars, now it's time to relax with my Double black IPA and a cigar.
