I started homebrewing in 1979, owned the first brew/winemaking shop in southwest MO in the 80's. Was the brewer at Missouri's 2nd brewpub. Have been head brewer at several other pubs and have worked as a beer specialist for a large wine/spirits distributor. I am currently seeking employment.
