just a quick google and find this link Questar Gas - delivering natural gas safely, efficiently and fairly but that looks more like a utility company's site than a manufacturer's site. So I did a search for Questar gas burner and found a few pdf links but nothing more.

I got the recipe off of Austin Homebrew supply last year and brewed three batches using the same ingredients. All of them came out great! I'm putting my shopping list right now for another batch which should be ready about clam time :)
this is about as low of a flame as I can get without it burning out. it's so intense i'm afraid it might burn a hole in my aluminum pot and is too narrow of a flame for the sanke kettle i made
anyone familiar with a burner like in the pic?
a friend of mine uses this for his clam steamer (commercial size for catering)

I'm what they call a "garage guy" too. Spend ALOT of my time out there working on projects etc...my wife and I both. Some folks swear that I have a bathroom hidden there somewhere but no, I use a tree outside like any respectable man.

I plugged in the TC and set it for 40f - 1 beer later we're at 40f!!!!

As my circle of friends learn of my brewing escapades :tank: some freebies have come my way. One friend dropped off a 15.5g keg recently. And last night another buddy gave me a really nice whirlpool chest freezer. Hey great! Except this is a 21.7cu' freezer. Hmmm. Seems a bit overkill...
