I have been making various fruit, herb, and flower wines for 4 years. I used a commercial kit to make a small batch about a year ago and enjoyed the results, but also realized the potential this brewing thing had. So, having recently acquired a 3 gallon carboy and a 6.5 gallon "Ale Pail", I've set off on the quest to make the perfect beer.
