Well since i am a noob....what can I do to make my raspberry melomel carbonated? My wife would like a little fizz and she asked if we could by a Sodastream machine and get the same result. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Can you re-cap bottles with twist off lids? Like Mike's hard lemonade? If so, what is a cheap capper to start out with?

When the mead is bottled, can the bottles be laid on their sides? I was going to use some Grolsch beer bottles.
